Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be sent within 24 hours after we receive your payment. In general, it may take several working days for delivery, depending on the different delivery methods (Free Shipping (7 – 15 Business Days) & Expedited Shipping (3 – 6 Business Days)) you select. Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 1 working days. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and deliverable

Delivery speed: 7-15 days.
This delivery service uses the country’s local post office (e.g. USPS). Shipping includes a tracking number and you can track the status on “https://www.17track.net/en” or your local post office website.

UPS / DHL
Delivery speed: 3-6 days. Tracking website: http://www.dhl.com/  https://www.ups.com

I haven’t received my package 15 days after shipment.
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, and other situations beyond our control. If you still haven’t received your package after an additional 1-3 business days, please contact us: service@hismith.com

We offer a no questions asked money-back gurantee for orders not received within 45 days of payment. If your receive your order after 45 days, please contact support for payment/return.

Tracking Information.
For express shipping, tracking information is available within 1-3 business days after shipment. If tracking information is not available after this timeframe has passed, please reach out to service@hismith.com for help.
