Returns & Refunds

Please contact service@hismith.com or the customer service agent on the website if you need to refund or return your order. For sanitary purposes, all sales are final. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are in working condition. We will only refund or replace defective items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to our warehouse. If you have any further questions or problems, please contact customer support.

Applicable conditions for returns and refunds

1. Dead on arrival

Even though all items have been QC before shipment, the damage that occurred in transportation is inevitable. If your items are received defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Customer Service Email service@hismith.com

Return the item(s) with a tracking number to our warehouse; Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit or replacement.

2. Incorrect item

If the products delivered to you are completely different from the one you order and we confirm that the error is on our part, We will send you the correct product or a full refund(if you don’t want we resent the correct item to you, we will fully refund to you ).

1. For the incorrect item, if you can find a use for it and prefer to keep it, you may suggest us and we will offer you a certain discount for buying it.

2. If you don’t want to keep the incorrect item, Please return the item to us. we will bear the shipping fee. Please contact our customer service before any returns. you can email us at service@hismith.com and receive a Return Number (RMA#) along with the proper address to return the items. We will require your Name, Order Number.

Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit or replacement.

Address Corrections

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address when checking out with our online cart system. Our fulfillment system utilizes the same information to process shipping labels.  In the event you enter the wrong address you “the user” will be responsible for address correction fees or non-receipt of merchandise due to inaccurate information. This includes apartment numbers, suite numbers, and route boxes.

Back Orders

“Although we try our best to have all items in our catalog in stock at all times, occasionally we encounter situations where a third party cannot supply us with a particular product or materials as soon as we would like them to. Machine orders may also be heavier than normal. In such situations, we will ship all available items to you upon receipt of your order and then we ship the back-ordered item or items as soon as possible without additional shipping charges. We do not back order items for International Customers.  In the event you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you by email”

How soon can I expect my refund?

It takes 3 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit or replacement. Customers can receive the refund in an hour if paid by PayPal or in 24 hours if paid by credit card.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

If the customer receives incorrect or defective products, Hismith offers free returns. Please email us at service@hismith.com before returning.

CANCELLATIONS

We offer cancellations so long as the cancellation request is received by email within 10 minutes after purchase. We may not process the cancellation immediately, but so long as the request was made no later than 10 minutes after purchase, it will be honored. The payment will be refunded in 1 business day.
